Fat freezing pricing at 3D Lipo London is based on the applicator option used, not on generic market averages. The current clinic price list below is the only price source we use across this website.

What determines which price applies?
The treatment area, the amount and shape of pinchable fat, and the number of applicators that can be positioned safely determine the treatment plan. We do not assign a made-up fixed price to every body area when the clinic's current price list is applicator-based.
Packages and payment
The package prices above cover three sessions. The clinic does not offer finance. Where a course is chosen, package payments can be split across treatment visits as agreed with the clinic.
Consultation and £30 booking deposit
An in-person consultation requires a £30 booking deposit. It is fully redeemable against treatment and refundable after you attend if you decide not to proceed. Please give at least 72 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. A no-show loses the £30 deposit and rebooking requires a new £30 deposit. Late arrival may shorten the available appointment time. A consultation is important because price alone does not determine whether cryolipolysis is suitable.
Fat freezing is not weight loss
Cryolipolysis is intended for localised pockets of subcutaneous fat. It is not a treatment for obesity or a substitute for weight loss. Results and the number of sessions needed vary between individuals.

Fat-freezing pricing is easiest to understand when it is linked to the applicator option actually used. A small chin treatment and an area requiring two large applicators are not equivalent appointments, so comparing only a single headline price can be misleading. The treatment area is assessed first and the appropriate current option is then confirmed.
The clinic's current prices are listed on the Prices page. A three-session package can reduce the per-session cost, but a package only makes sense when repeated treatment is appropriate for the individual area and goal.
What to compare before deciding on cost
Ask which area is being treated, how many applicators are planned, whether the quoted figure is for one appointment or a course, what follow-up is included and what result is realistic. Price should be considered alongside suitability, practitioner experience, the machine used and whether the plan is genuinely aimed at localised fat rather than weight loss.
3D Lipo London uses the British-made Sculpt Pro Quattro as its primary fat-freezing system. Treatment planning is confirmed at consultation rather than selecting a package solely from a website description.
