ULTRASOUND CAVITATION

A Ultrasound  Cavitation treatment uses ultrasound waves this disrupts the fat cell membaine, it works by creating a vibration in the fat layer of the cell, following this the fat cells cannot withstand the vibration therefore having no other choice than to breakdown. The broken down cells at this point release triglycerides into the intestinal tract where they are then changed into fatty acid and glycerol. Finally the water soluble glycerol is absorbed into the body and used as energy, furthermore the fatty acids that are insouluble are processed through the liver.

HOW MANY CAVITATION TREATMENTS ARE REQUIRED ? 

Ultrasound cavitation treatments at our central London clinic in Marylebone can be booked individually, additionally a course of treatments can be booked also. Some of our clients can see a reduction of about 1.5cm from a single treatment. The recommended amount of treatments is between 6-12 sessions as a result optimal results can be achieved this does vary depending on the area treated.

HOW OFTEN CAN I HAVE A CAVITATION TREATMENT ?

The recommendation for multiple treatments of Ultrasound Cavitation in the same area is 5 days apart between treatmets this gives the body time to process the broken down fat cells

CAVATATION - WHAT HAPPENS TO THE RELEASED FAT ?
