Non-Surgical Body Contouring Treatments at 3D Lipo London
Updated: 19 September 2026
This guide explains the clinic's main non-surgical body-contouring technologies without pretending they all do the same job. For a broad starting point, use the Body Contouring London guide; for detailed suitability and booking information, follow the treatment links below.
Consultation booking: A £30 booking deposit secures an in-person consultation. The deposit is fully redeemable against treatment and is refundable if you attend and decide not to proceed. Please give at least 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. A no-show loses the £30 deposit and rebooking after a no-show requires a new £30 deposit. If you arrive late, the appointment may need to be shortened so later bookings are not delayed.
Fat freezing / cryolipolysis
Fat freezing uses controlled cooling for localised-fat reduction. Current prices on the clinic price page are chin £139, one large applicator £159 and two large applicators £259, with 3-session packages also listed.
Ultrasound cavitation
3D-lipo cavitation uses 35 kHz ultrasound and is positioned by the manufacturer for inch-loss/body-contouring intent. Current clinic pricing is £79 for a single session and £599 for 8 sessions, with combination packages listed on the price page.
Radio frequency skin tightening
RF skin tightening uses the 3D-lipo UltimatePro tripolar radio-frequency system. This is primarily a skin-tightening route rather than a universal fat-reduction treatment. Current pricing is £89 for a single session, £499 for 6 and £659 for 8.
Shockwave and cellulite-focused treatment
3D-lipo shockwave uses radial pressure waves generated by compressed air. The manufacturer positions it for cellulite-focused treatment. Current shockwave pricing is £79 for one session or £569 for a course of 8.
PowerSculpt
3D PowerSculpt uses High Intensity Focused Electro-Magnetic (HIFEM) technology for muscle-toning and body-shaping goals. Current pricing is single area 30 minutes £149, two areas 60 minutes £249 and a 6-session package £599.
For current booking details and the consultation deposit policy, see the contact page. The price page contains the latest prices, packages, treatment areas and published durations.
How to choose between the treatments
Start with the concern rather than the device. A person wanting skin tightening does not automatically need the same treatment as someone seeking localised-fat reduction or muscle toning. The body-contouring comparison guide explains the differences by goal.
Safety and realistic expectations
Non-surgical does not mean suitable for everybody. Medical history, medication and relevant contraindications need to be reviewed before treatment. Results vary, and a treatment should not be sold as a replacement for weight loss, exercise or surgery when those are the actual goals.
Current prices
The prices page contains the current prices, packages, durations and listed treatment areas. If a treatment area or package is not shown there, the appropriate option is confirmed during consultation.

What matters more than the price of a body-contouring machine?
Older versions of this site contained a separate article about the purchase price of body-contouring machines. That is mainly a business-to-business question and is not especially useful to somebody choosing treatment. For a client, the more important questions are what technology is actually being used, what concern it is designed to address, how suitability is screened, what evidence or manufacturer information supports it, and whether the clinic has a clear treatment and aftercare process.
3D Lipo London uses treatment-specific technologies rather than presenting every device as interchangeable. The 3D-lipo UltimatePro combines cryolipolysis, 35 kHz cavitation, tripolar 1 MHz / 50 watt RF and radial-pressure-wave shockwave; PowerSculpt uses HIFEM for muscle-toning and body-shaping goals.

How body-contouring technology is evolving
The useful direction is not simply “newer is better”. Modern systems increasingly separate treatment goals more clearly: localised-fat reduction, ultrasound body contouring, skin tightening, cellulite-focused mechanical treatment and muscle stimulation are different mechanisms. Multi-technology platforms can give a clinic several options, but the treatment still needs to match the concern and the person's medical/suitability profile.
