TREATMENT BEFORE & AFTER CARE

This page is a general before-and-after care guide. Different treatments have different preparation and aftercare, so the advice on the relevant treatment page takes priority over generic rules.
Before any treatment
- Tell us about your medical history, previous procedures and all prescription/over-the-counter medicines and supplements.
- Do not stop a prescribed medicine unless the clinician who prescribed it tells you to do so.
- Tell us if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have an active infection/skin problem in the treatment area, or have had recent surgery.
- Arrive with enough time for the treatment area to be assessed and ask questions before proceeding.
After any treatment
- Follow the treatment-specific advice you are given at the clinic.
- Do not assume that another treatment's aftercare applies to yours.
- Contact the clinic if an effect is more severe, lasts longer than expected, or worries you.
- Seek urgent medical help for severe or rapidly worsening symptoms, breathing difficulty, fainting, or another medical emergency.
Fat freezing / cryolipolysis

Laser hair removal

Questions before you book?
Consultation booking: An in-person consultation requires a £30 booking deposit. The deposit is fully redeemable against treatment and refundable after you attend if you decide not to proceed. Please give at least 72 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. A no-show loses the £30 deposit and rebooking requires a new £30 deposit. Late arrival may shorten the appointment.
